Know what the ticket includes
Read the attraction’s own visitor information before choosing a seller. Check the venue or branch, visiting date, time slot and entrance. Large scenic areas may sell park access separately from buses, lifts, cableways, boats or special exhibitions.
Compare the ticket to the day you want: a city museum visit is different from a full mountain-park route. Include time for reaching the gate, waiting, transport within the site and the return journey.
Enter foreign-passport information carefully
Choose the correct document type, then enter each traveler’s name and document number in the required format. Check every entry before paying, especially when buying for a family or several friends.
If the official online route does not accept your document or phone number, use the attraction’s published foreign-visitor instructions or contact its ticket office. Ask which channel accepts your passport and what to bring; do not substitute someone else’s identity.
Check the completed booking
Open the order and read its result. Keep the visit date, slot, number of travelers, ticket type and booking reference. Read the cancellation rules while there is still time to change the plan.
If a payment screen closes unexpectedly, check the transaction and order records before trying again. Contact the seller using the order number if you cannot establish whether the booking completed.
What to take on the day
Bring the original passport or other entry document required by the attraction, your booking and any eligibility evidence for a concession ticket. A screenshot helps you find the order but does not replace a live code or identity check when one is required.
Save the correct entrance in Chinese and read the arrival instructions. Pack for the walking and weather, and allow a comfortable return before transport within the attraction finishes.
If a date or ticket is unavailable
Try another date, a different time slot or a nearby alternative that suits your interests. A trustworthy plan can leave a popular attraction out rather than rely on someone promising access outside the attraction’s rules.
If you ask us to help plan the visit, tell us which tickets you already hold. We can discuss the order of visits and the transfer or language support you need.
Common questions
Does a free-entry museum still need a reservation?
It may. Check its official visitor instructions, including identity checks and special-exhibition arrangements.
Can I use one passport to book the whole group?
Use the passenger details required for each traveler. Do not assume one person’s document covers everyone.
